We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Once we review the claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. You generally won’t need to return a damaged or defective item.
Sizing and Change-of-Mind Returns
Every Grimy Garb item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to offer standard returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color is selected, or when you simply change your mind.
Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. If you accidentally order the wrong size, reach out anyway. Although we can’t guarantee a free replacement, we’ll do our best to offer a reasonable solution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of everything you received so we can resolve it quickly.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information hasn’t updated or your package appears to be lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll review the shipment and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate next step.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
